 Stupid maid getting on my nerves!  Tuesday, May 19, 2009
So angry today! Don't know what happened to her?! She has been pissing me off since morning till now! Really don't want to scold her but she just keeps arguing & talking back! One eg. is this morning when I asked her about the diapers...
Me : Is the diapers enough for this month?
Maid : Oh madam, only left 15 pieces.
Me : Then why didn't u tell me earlier? Sir went in M'sia yday, if u've told me earlier, I would have informed him to buy!
Maid : Sir never tell me he's going to M'sia!
So fed-up when she answered me this... I was thinking "who the hell are you man?! Go to M'sia must inform you ah?!" She jolly well knows that we do restocking once a month, likewise for household groceries... always missing out on items here & there! Really pissed man!
Next was when I'm changing nappy for Dyllis, I saw a roll of toilet paper in the basket (filled with Dyllis's stuffs like powder, rash cream, lotion, oil etc)... What came into my mind was she must have used toilet paper to dry Dyllis's buttocks after cleaning her with soaked cotton wool instead of tissue paper... & why she did so is because she must have found it troublesome to walk to the dining table for tissue paper each time she changes her nappy or diapers. So I start questioning her...
Me : Why is there a roll of toilet paper here?
Maid : To clean Dyllis's buttocks.
Me : Who taught u to use toilet paper? Baby's skin is so tender & toilet paper is very rough & hard for baby's skin. Why can't u use tissue paper?
Maid : *No answer, just a guilty smile
Me : Coz' very troublesome to walk in & out each time u change her nappy right?
Maid : *Another guilty smile
Me : If its so, why can't u take a box of tissue & put it in the room?!
Maid : I dare not ask!
Me : If u dare not ask, then why u dare to take a roll of toilet paper?
Maid : Never mind! Can use it for the toilet!
Me : How to use? (Coz' she already removed the cylinder paper cardboard)
Maid : Just like that pull pull lor!
F*** man! You say will "du lan" or not la! Nowadays start to act smart! Think she's the mother of Dyllis?! Can make her own decisions! That day just took 2 blouses (for toddlers - hand downs from friends) & wear it on Dyllis. Whereby I've already instructed her that the clothes on the lower shelf are not washed yet & they are for toddlers. For this I just explained & told her the reason & warned her not to act on her own anymore (in a nice tone ok!). Then today made another stupid decision by using toilet paper... I poor untill no $ buy tissue box meh?!
Then just only... she's trying to put Dyllis to sleep but Dyllis is cranky & keep crying. Just because she couldn't handle her & she claims that Dyllis's hungry! For goodness sake... Dyllis just drank milk at 4.45pm & just passed 30 mintues & she's hungry again?! Stupid maid has this habit of "Madam, baby is hungry!" whenever she can't settle Dyllis in!
Maid : Hungry again madam!
Me : She just drank milk at 4.45pm, what hungry?!
Maid : Coz' she just passed motion, so hungry again!
Me : Each time when u passed motion, I give u rice again... ok?
Maid : *smile
Maid : Baby like that 1, madam!
Me : Rini, I'm not 1st-time mummy... don't think I don't know what's with babies?!
Maid : No madam, baby like that 1!
Fuming already! Coz' she keeps arguing & assuming she's right!
Me : Don't need u to teach me what to do?!
Me : Dyllis is tired & "pekchek", that's why she's cranky & will cry!
So I told her to adjust her position so that Dyllis will be more comfortable... guess what?! My Dyllis fell asleep right after adjusting her position! Still want to argue with me?! I know my gal well enough & definitely better than her! Dyllis will be sucking her tougue with a "clucking" sound whenever she's hungry... u can also see bubbles of saliva on her lips... sometimes very eager in sucking her hands too! When I told her this, guess what she answered me again?!
Maid : Yes madam, I know madam!
Me : U say u know then why u say Dyllis is hungry?
Maid : No madam, I understand madam!
Wow! Driving me crazy man! Know her head man, understand her head man! Arrgghhhh... really damn heated up! Have never blogged like this before... with so much anger & fire in me!!!Labels: Frustrations, Maid
