Had a wonderful dinner at Amara yesterday.. Mum, Dad, Aunty Doris, Aunty Joan & Juliana were there too! Learnt that Amara just recruited a new chef & hes's previously from Hilton.. no wonder when I walked into the cafe.. the desserts the cakes attracted me.. the cuisine has improved tremendously! Especially the cold section.. the crayfish.. scallop.. prawns.. sashimi.. oysters.. Yum yum *drooling* indeed very fresh & sweet! I ate 3 crayfish, cut into 2 makes up to 6.. 4 scallops & 2 servings of sashimi.. Fabulous I should say! Too bad I don't fancy oysters.. its so big & fresh! Juliana ate 6 & my Dad took 3!
