 Dinner @ Park Hotel Clark Quay  Friday, July 24, 2009
We had a fabulous dinner @ the Park Hotel Clark Quay on Wednesday.. it's a newly opened hotel located just opposite UE Square.. It's rated 4-star with about 300+ rooms.. thou it's not any big hotel.. but the food at their Cafe is indeed mouth-watering! I wouldn't mind spending that kind of $ for that kind of food..
We had bread for a start.. followed by soup.. then apetizer.. next on board is our main course & ended with a dessert.. Full serving! Fantastic! We all were rubbing our tummies with a smile on our face when we leave the hotel.
Seafood Sashimi This is what I call LIFE?! Seafood Sashimi to start the ball rolling.. *drooling*
Caeser Salad A simple apetizer made for a simple man like Dear Dear! =P
Mum.. Dyllis & Aunty Mum had a medium-rare Lamb steak.. quite bloody thou but delicious! Aunty had red wine beef steak.. Hhmm.. red wine?! Just right for her! =)
Shellfish Soup The waiter recomended it & we all had this! Great job Mr. Waiter! Good recomendation indeed! Forget to add that there's lobsters too! =P
Nasi Goreng Thought was something very simple when the waiter recomended this for Rini.. It wasn't! Turn out to be a plate full of varieties.. Sunny-side-up.. Satay.. Sambal Prawn.. Ajak ajak & Keropok!
Beef Tenderloin Steak "Have it medium pls!" My hubby's favourite food.. Steak!!!
Red Garoupa 不愧是 chef's recomendation! The fish is tender & fresh! The sauce was some lime thingy..
Fruits.. Berries & a scoop of Ice cream  "Mummy.. can u order something more interesting?!"
Apple Tart with French Cheese The crisp of the apple tart is baked to perfection.. the apple fillings.. hhmm.. drools! Oops.. but the cheese is really so so cheesy.. I couldn't take it.. but Aunty & Rini could! *hides*
Dark Chocolate.. Raspberries & a dough of Coconut ice-cream I supposed this dessert is designed solely for me.. coz' its so chocolate.. I couldn't resist ordering this when I read the description on the menu..
Brulee I ordered for Dear & for the 1st time he's into dessert.. so u can guess how delicious it could be?!
Dylan in a comfortable Couch Dylan saw the couch & "chomp" it so that he could enjoy playing his DS comfortably...
@ the swimming pool The pool wasn't so fantastic when we see it from the rooms above.. but when we came down.. it was totally different.. quite a big pool!
"Mummy, I saw a fountain!" Bad camera settings! It could be so so nice to look at.. but now?! Arrggghhhh...
